Genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Called on a whim, was greeted and had an easy conversation on the phone. Josh came on his own time between errands for an evaluation and an estimate the same day. Over the next few days worked with my schedule, treated us like family as they helped make our plumbing cluster what we had hoped it could be. I have been a home owner for 20 years and have used at least 6 different plumbing companies…I have found the one I will trust without hesitation for the next 20. Honest, punctual, whole crew is easy to talk to, thorough and hold themselves to a very high standard. Came in under estimated cost too. Appreciate these guys! Can recommend w/o hesitation.

I had a great experience with Jacob’s plumbing! I had a plumbing issue and they came out and fixed it less than 24 hours after I contacted them. The guy who serviced our house went above and beyond in getting us the equipment that we needed to fix our master shower. I appreciate their service and professionalism so much!

I came to CA from IA this week to swap a tub for a walk-in shower for my disabled veteran father-law-in. I thought we’d be ok with a couple water line fittings, but found a mess when we opened the wall. I never thought I’d find a same day plumber to come handle it, but Josh answered my call and sent Kyle within a few hours. Kyle was professional, thorough and clean and had the water back on for us to finish the shower install in no time. I’d recommend these guys any time. Price was reasonable for a same day, Friday afternoon call out for sure. Way to go guys!

What an amazing company! Called jacob for a leaky pipe in our house and he was ver punctual! Came to our house at the exact time he said he would be there and came in on a quote 150 dollsrd cheaper than the other plumber that I called to get a quote!! Highly recommend his service.

Josh was extremely helpful and responsive in replacing my water heater and shower valve. He talked me through different options and discussed their pros and cons. He was extremely informative on the options I had without upselling me on things. I’ve dealt with many different contracted workers, and there is nothing worse than feeling like you are chasing someone down to do a job when you don’t want to spend the money in the first place. Josh and his crew were very responsive to messages so I never had to feel that way, they stuck to their scheduled times, and left things clean when all the work was done. He also respected my timeline on the work because I wasn’t able to afford things initially, but was open and responsive again when I was ready! I couldn’t have asked for more. Reliability, knowledgeable, and expertise!

Called Jacob’s on a Sunday to help us deal with a failed sump pump at our remote cabin in the Sierras. Josh was super helpful and responsive. Helped us get a plan in place to remove the sewage and replace the sump pump. Five star service for sure!
