I called Josh and he came out right away. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and he was able to clear my drain quickly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable plumber. Can’t thank him enough.

Thank you Kyle and Jordan. Jacobs plumbing came out for a failed shower cartridge and to replace a water heater. Upon arrival they were asked to search out a water leak. Which they did graciously. All 3 repairs were completed in 1 day. Both guys were great, hard working and attention to detail.

I contacted multiple plumbing services in Galt area for my elderly parents and got no response other than Jacob’s Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. When I reached out to Josh in Facebook, he responded promptly. He asked for a picture of the “problem” and after I sent him a video, he was able to give me a quote. However, he chose not to charged my elderly parents because it was quick and simple job. When I asked him about it, he said “Not everything in the world has to be about money”. Such a cool guy! I saw him at Walmart and he was wearing his company shirt & I just asked for his number because our shower drain wasn’t draining & I was able to just text with him about our needs. He showed up and was really professional & quick & it was such an easy experience. I like that he’s Galt local too!

Was having issues with my pipes being backed up at my house had two other companies come out and they weren’t able to identify the problem, I called Jacob’s Drain cleaning, they came and put a camera down the drains and identified that I had roots in my lines, after identifying the problem they worked hard and removed the roots, my pipes are now flowing perfectly. These guys were very professional and respectful which is big thing for me! Highly recommend Jacob’s Drain Cleaning! Thanks guys!

The team showed up on time, were extremely friendly, and quickly started working to replace our old water heater.
