Josh and his team arrived on a major holiday to provide us with a complete Attic to Ground Leak detection and full inspection of all pipes and sewer lines to the street.He arrived promptly and was very professional. He educated us on what needs to be done "asap", what should be "corrected to code" when we renovate later this year, and offered advice for what we may see/expect even a few years from now.Josh was upfront, and honest and there was absolutely no pressure to sell or sign any contracts to hire him for the upcoming projects.It is refreshing to see an independant licensed contractor who doesn't try to take advantage of homeowners (especially disabled/fixed income)

Outstanding service and customer support! Our kitchen drain started backing up late in the evening, I spoke with Josh and he was extremely responsive. He said they had a pretty full schedule but he would try to move things around and get me in. I can’t thank him enough for working it out and being able to squeeze me in their busy schedule! Top notch customer service.He sent over a gentleman named Kyle and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the issue fixed fast! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the work area nicely.Thank you guys for such an easy and stress free experience. You guys did an amazing job! I wish I had known about this company years ago. Jordan replaced the air gap and drain hose that another repair man wouldn’t replace. Jordan worked fast and observed the dishwasher after the installation to ensure it was running smoothly. He was very personable and professional. However, before Jordan arrived, I had already been on FaceTime with Josh, the owner, to show him what the previous repairman had completed. Both Josh and Jordan offered great service! I recommend them 100%.

Worked with Josh and Dylan for a small natural gas plumbing fix in my kitchen. They were great. Price was very reasonable relative to others and they were able to get the work done quickly, safely and completely. Would definitely use them again.

Called at 1:15pm. Was here by 2pm and drain cleared at 2:25. Great workers. Respectful and fast response time. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I called around to get some quotes and Jacob's, while not the cheapest was the most responsive and able to get out within just a few hours. They explained what the issues were and gave some info about other issues I didn't know. They didn't pressure me to fix those issues and they came in less than their originally quoted price. They were really fast in getting the repair done!

Our outdoor toilet and tub overflowed and they showed up in a timely manner, very pleased with how quickly they were able to solve the issue very thorough.
