We had a dripping sound coming from inside the walls above the ceiling in my office. I called Josh at 10:15 a.m. and he was able to send two guys out to my house within one hour! Riley and Dylan were super polite and helpful. They helped me move the heavy stuff out of the way and then they covered my shelves with drop cloth. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling, and water came pouring out! But by 1:00 the leak was fixed! Dylan even brought in my heavy Chewy box from the front porch on his way out! These guys are friendly, honest, and fast! Great service!

I called Josh Jacobs plumbing and drain because I had a clogged kitchen sink for several weeks. He came when I asked him to and corrected the clogged sink very quickly. He is very professional. I plan on having him return to install my garbage disposal.

My water line burst and I called Josh at 3pm on a Thursday, he was at my house with in an hour. I appreciate, the response time, fair prices and speedy work! Having no water is an emergency and he treated it as such. Thank you Josh!!

I'm not a wealthy person and was so scared when my sewage was coming up from my drains. They made a late night call with no extra charge, and helped me tremendously. I'm always do scared to let people in my house, but they were respectful and calming. I was worried about upsales and they didn't even try. They only wanted to help me. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

Kyle and Jordan were awesome clearing my sewer pipes. They showed me where the obstruction was and completely cleaned up afterwards. Very nice guys. Highly recommend!

These guys were recommended by our local Handyman company... what we thought was a simple snake job turned into re-doing all of our drain pipes, they were very old and totally blocked. They stayed really late to get the job done so our tenant could have a toilet again. Hard workers, explained everything well, didn't try to oversell on things not needed. Would recommend.

My water heater croaked yesterday, today thx to Josh and Kyle, I've got a new one installed. Yay!! One day wait. Amazing. Josh listened and offered dif options that might work for me...and fortunately one did. Nice people which is a bonus. I'm a happy camper.
