Called Saturday night for a broken pipe that was preventing my sink and dishwasher from being used (I have 4 kids I can't be living like that) and they came out SUNDAY MORNING and redid our whole setup under the kitchen sink. Really quickly. Couldn't ask for better service.

I've called Jacob's plumbing twice now. Both time response time was fast. The first time, it was pouring rain, and Kyle showed up, put a tent tarp up, and went to work. He is a huge asset to the company. This time again, the response time was great. Josh and Klye got the job done fast and with reasonable charges. They are very polite and professional. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. Side note: During this last call to unclog my pipes, I mentioned I wanted my toilet replaced in my bedroom. The owner went and picked one out and installed it. It's beautiful, that's going above and beyond GREAT JOB!

I had an urgent water heater issue, and Jacob and his team came out quickly that evening to take care of it. Great service!

Called on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend, not only did he immediately respond, but he had the parts overnighted, called on Sunday, came out and fixed our hot water heater perfectly. They charged a fair price and cleaned up nicely behind them. Will definitely be calling them again for anything to do with our water system here at the house!

There was sewer water coming out of my shower drain. Jacob's business was recommended on West Sac Facebook group. He and his workers came ASAP to address the problem. They were honest, kind, and very professional. I would hire him again if you future and would recommend his company to anyone.

Josh and his team are the best! Knowledgeable, professional, communicative, kind, and trustworthy. Super patient in explaining the issue so that I understand the work being done and incredibly fair in their pricing. They stand behind their work and make sure everything gets done correctly. I have had them out three times for three different plumbing emergencies and am so so thankful to have them on speed dial to save the day! Cannot recommend highly enough :)

Had a small leak at the exterior irrigation pipe. Jacobs team came out on Labor Day Monday and got the job done. Fixed the leak, replaced old parts and re-insulated the piping for extreme weather conditions. Glad I was able to find a local and reliable company to get the job done.

Called Jacobs plumbing and drain cleaning because both my kitchen and bathroom faucet had a slow drip, I tried everything and couldn’t get it to stop! Josh was here the next day, fixed it with no problem and even replaced my kitchen faucet for me! I planned on replacing it, had it on my list of things to do and he did it! Totally unexpected! Really nice guy an the pricing is perfect! Will definitely use them again.

We needed someone to install a gas line so we could switch to a gas stove. We worked with Dylan. He gave us a free estimate, was quick to schedule, and communicated with us both times he came to our house. The price came in just under the original quote, which was fantastic. He was very professional and treated our home with respect. I would absolutely recommend him and work with him again!

Hired Josh to help us out last minute when our hot water heater went out. He was quick to get a new one installed did a great job! We called him again when our bathroom sink was clogged and he had it fixed in no time. We always know to call him when anything comes up and he always makes it a priority, can’t recommend him enough.

10000000 stars.Reached out for a clogged kitchen sink, which they fixed quickly!But before they left I asked them to take a look in my bathroom as I had heard water under the floor boards earlier in the day. Not only did they take their time looking for all the possibilities for a leak in the bathroom, it was identified and fixed the same day.It was after 6pm when they identified that the water in the bathroom was from the hot water heater leaking through, and they didn’t leave until the job was complete, after 10pm.They cleaned up after themselves and left everything they touched in better shape than when they started - even cleaned my kitchen sink out once it was unclogged.They were kind and courteous working as quickly and quietly as they could to not disrupt my sleeping kiddos.Would recommend for all services!
